On 18 April 2005, I used my ToUCam Pro, 2x Barlow lens, and red filter, on the Europa 250 telescope to capture over 100 AVIs of the 9-day old moon.
I stacked each AVI and sharpened each using Registax 3. Then when all were done I used iMerge to form them all into a mosaic of the whole visible moon.
Although the mosaicing process is not the best I have done (many joins and brightness variations are visible) the quality of the images that went to make up the composite was among the best I have ever done.
